Let's say you built, designed, created and launched a website for a friend of yours.

It went to the top of Google. You thought of the business name, the research and so on for him.

Then he mucks around with your girlfriend flirting, then you argue, you nearly loose your job and he doesn't over the argument.

He calls you pathetic and a loser. You so stop being mates, yet he keeps trying to be your mate.

He then meets up with your ex girlfriend for coffee - AGAIN knowing full well you'd be crazy...

He earns 25k a year from the site for doing nothing... which you created... no money, no contract... just mates.!

What would you do.

...Go.....

turn a new page.
specially if you didnt host it yourself, register the domain yourself...

or

do it better

but the name, wording, codes and passwords all belong to me I P wise....I could say I no longer grant him use free of my I P and...take the site down. I did IT ALL FOR HIM>>>>!!! ALL OF IT.

I would ruin his site. After-all, you built it. If you still have access then I would delete everything I could get my hands on.

After all that is done I would ask him one question: "who's the pathetic loser now."

Personal advice for you: stop being a doormat, he's obviously using you.

Why is this junk in the black hat seo board?

Because it makes us want to launch a ROFLCOPTER

Definitely trash the site, or even better secretly change all his affiliate links to YOUR links ;)

Because it relates to SEO and the techniques I used here to put someone top of Google who then royally ********ed me... but thanks for your concern and warm empathy toward a fellow donor.

Friend (family) and money is not a good pair. If you own the domain name, take the website period.

I also was thinking of accidently taking down his facebook... but something tells me my black hat heros will tell me taking down his site is morally still wrong...

I wanted to do it when he nearly cost me my own job but didnt as it was not fair but now I am really pissed :)

Register a domain that has his name in it. (FirstnameLastname.com) and post everything that he did. You can then tell him that you will ONLY take it down IF he does what you say.

Thats probably illegal though LOL

Just change all of the info to yours like affiliate links and you'll get paid.

If what you said is true, your "friend" is the one who lacks moral...So take the website down or take it for yourself.;)

Ha... good suggestions...

What if... I used some clever black hat stuff... IE so that the sites I made... sorry I forgot I made 4 for him before he called me pathetic and nearly got me sacked.

So that the sites are there...

THe thing with x rumer is

1/ I might end up strengthening him
2/ It might cost me a few dollars or a lot to get someone to do an X rumer blast

Wonder if there is anything subtle.. I am logged into his email... I could stop emails being forwarded for a start but that is really obvious.

Guess this is your story? well try to hire a guy to sandbox it, or I got a way that he might get banned from adsense for sure!!! please PM me and I'll let you know for free, I feel sorry for you :s

You own and have access not only to 1 but 5 of his/your sites, access to his password, and knowledge of BH SEO and your asking us what to do? What cant you do?

Hes not doing ad sense sadly ... but love you for being so warm... makes me feel like maybe I am not being so bad to him...its code... making arrangements to have "coffee" with an ex that ********ing caused our friendship to end is bad code and bad moral....

He is not doing affiliate... the only thing I can do I is really slow some business coming in to him really for a while... if I tarnish the url - which is best - he will not be able to get top spot in google again if he pays money to have a local coder set him up.

I think I understand someone like you and someone like your mate.
He really using you for his own profit from a nice guy like you,and you are too innocent.
He doesnt deserve anything from your work, so make it as your money. Change the affiliate link as yours, then try to ban his affiliate,
for example make iframe site fake offer without redirect,
or make really fake asshole offer
send traffic, let the affiliate company track the source
If he doesnt ban soon, then report to affiliate manager.

If you can unrank his site, it would be great, but if it's not a well secured site, you can EASILY find a hacker to destroy it fully, which will outrank it ;)
