Around 15 links have an Anchor Text and with them and remaining links have a link to your site.

You get 20 links, not 10

Firstly, you get the report on time.
Secondly, edu links are hard to find where you can create a link.
Thirdly, these links come from site where they don't get deleted

REVIEW:

Received my report in just 4-6 hours after ordering!
In the report, only 4 links were non-anchor (just website resource), but hey that still brings link juice.
The remaining 16 edu links were dropped as specified. But 1 of them were removed (possibly reported or found by the admin of that site).

For that kind of price, I have to say it's worth it!
The .edu sites have high PRs too.

Highly recommended! Thanks a lot for the fast turnover!

He went through the report and found the dead link.
He replaced it with a .gov link automatically.
