I've been using my own tools for posting etc. but now i started earning more, and i thought i'd buy SB to see if its any better.
While it does do what it has to, it sucks =(

1) I have huge proxy lists (over 20k ips), all other tools load them instantly. SB proxy harvester is very slow to add them from harvester to proxy box. its not an error, but its annoying.
2)Rapid indexer plugin has a limitation to the amount of urls it can create. as a developer i dnt see how that is possible, but somehow the plugin devloper imposed a silly limit
3)if i harvest for a long time i get Error 504 from google harvester, and it just stops.
4)Fast commenters have bad success rate
5) slow commenters are a joke. seriosly its faster to post by hand then using them. and you cant move mouse or do anything else while its doing this. This is bad design actually. instead of opening hidden browsers why not just analyze the page for any hidden javascript fields etc and then forge HTTP requests like for example XRumer does.

I have tried a few of FREE tools people posted on this forum, and you can actually get better results combining them then from SB.

Yeah, why don't you fix scrapebox and make it suit your needs?

I've been playing with the software for a while now, trying to use it on your primary workstation with a typical connection speed gets frustrating, at least for doing mass posting... it seems like it's really more designed for use on a dedicated server, or else as mainly a scraper in terms of desktop app functionality.

I certainly wouldn't say that it sucks... I think that I just didn't have realistic expectations for a "desktop" app of this nature.

Im a newb who bought Scrapebox before i even knew what a backlink was litterly.

4. My Fast poster got about 40% success. So... Doing slow after which yields another 30-40% of the rest. Fine enough for me

5. Yes you can do what you want with slow poster running, i guess you just dont know how. I just dragged some windows around and it popped to background.

I guess you just dont know how to use it, so your giving some pretty harsh critics for a tool you know nothing about imo. For the small amount of $ i paid for this product, then its defitnally worth it. You cant compare this to xrumer anyway, Scrapebox is litteraly free compared to Xr.

When you try posting to blogengine a message pops up saying that you mustnt make any other window active

I have my own tools =) i even placed them here on forum for free mostly.
I would post links to them here, but i don't want this to look like im just dragging attention to them

Apps that download pages, and then send http requests shouldn't require many resources. you have your browser running dont oyu? and it handles far more connection that SB does.

Anyway, SB is written in Delphi =) So no wonder its so slow =\
Seriously nobody uses it anymore

I bought scrapebox about 4 days ago, you can find my post somewhere, and I must say you just sound like a whiner.

Scrapebox does a ton of things that take a long time to do by hand. Scraping keyword related blogs and sorting them by PR and platform, etc...?? I can come up with a list of 50,000 blogs for my keyword, and sort them by PR and platform in less 20 minutes total... That ALONE is worth the money for scrapebox.

Spinning comments on the fly when doing auto comments... seriously? How nice is that... I took 20 minutes to type up a rather long spinable comment that easily has over 100,000 unique spins to it... and post comments that akistmet won't flag because of the spinning...

If you don't understand how scrapebox is worth the money spent, you are just looking for failure.

It sounds like you are looking for an instant money machine... grow up.

Bingo
Most people think scrapebok is some sort of magical program where you press a button and in a blink of an eye it does everything.
You need to put time and work into your submissions if you actually want to get anywhere.

why do you have to get all personal about this ?
I haven't said it doesnt't do post spinning. i said what i said =)

This thread was about slowliness, not about how to write comments =) you're getting offtopic)

You said it sucks... yet it doesn't. Why start a thread to trash someone's software that is obviously better than you can create since you bought it yourself.

It does what it advertises, and it does it damn well. I've already made the money it costed me back in less than 4 days by using it.

I don't mean to hijack this thread at all, but how do you get 50k blogs for your keywords? When I try to pull that many, say the keyword is "dogs" at least half will be totally irrelevant, like education music.

I get 50k blogs, just not all related to my keyword.

I bought a lot of IM applications and I have never seen so much devotion and work put into as the developers of Scrapebox do. You have at least 2 FREE updates per week and that for a one time price of $57.

Now go and program a better application for that kind of money. If you can't you might want to rethink your trashing post.

Yeah, its slow, but worth it. Save me lots of manual work. Same as senuke, slow as hell but does the job.

sb was released over 2 years ago... guess sweetfunny never imagined it was going to be so popular but he must have his reasons to have used delphi for it

I'm a fan of SB
Never use it for autoposting, and I agree woth Charlie3

What sort of keywords are getting you 50,000+ results?

For posting hand written stuff on PR3 or greater it's a very useful tool
About 60% stick with me - and that's pretty good for 90 seconds work.

If I wanted 50,000 shitty irrelavent links that's probably get deleted- I'd use Xrumer - but then Xrumer is 8x more expensive.

You pays your money....

Scritty

If you make a better tool at the same price pm me, I'll buy it!

My browser isn't trying to download as many pages as quickly as scrapebox does. It seems to be just a bandwidth limitation, no prograam on a local machine can get around that.

57$? I can only find it for 97$ :(
