Hey Guys,

Despite of my hard efforts and studies, i got 80% in Google Adwords Professional Exam (Basics). Last time i got 83% and i needed 85% to clear it.

Anyone here knows the full proof way to clear it?

The question they gave you is like you can't even look on google it self as you have 2hrs to complete 120 questions, so you can actually not waste much time on searching answers on google itself.

To clear the exam you need 85% marks means approx 105 correct answers.

Any adwords pro here? (Google certified) to give some useful tips.

I've been doing AdWords for over a year now, not Google certified but I'm making 400-600% ROI with my advertisements. If you need a hand with something you can give me a shout.

Bro, i am doing very nice with adwords practically. However i am looking for Google certification only and looking for tips on this.

You can pause the exam. Take a screen shot of each question then research the answer and you can go back and answer it in your own time :)

Well i have 2 PC's and believe me either you can complete the test on time or you can check answers and practically most of the google questions are case studies who's answers are either not available or very tricky to find.

If you are wondering what i am talking about

Code:
https://adwords.google.com/professionals/account/?hl=en&pli=1#IndividualQualifications

Also, the fees is $50 and i think you get 3 attempts (Not sure though)

really? would you mind sharing some tips? I have some money but I suck at PPC

What's the advantage of the certification? Is it for resume building or is an advantage as a consultant selling services?

First you will get a batch of "Adwords Certified Professional" which on click will redirect you to google website where its written that you are certified from google. This gives you credibility in every aspect on online/offline marketing. My newt product is related to google.

Worst part about it that it involves questions from all forms of adwords advertising however generally users (like me) use Search ads and display network (which leave mobile ads, TV ads, Google Discounter, etc). And around 50% questions are case studies involves location and language targeting. I never knew adwords have so many things and i probably use 25% power of it.

I wonder how many BHW members have actually tried for the certification? I'm going to take a look at it but unfortunately I have too much on plate to prepare for such an exam. How many people are actually certified? Is it fairly select?

Get one or two (or even more) guys here that have been using Adwords for a while, get them on skype and set up Remote Desktop and take the quiz = WIN :D

Hi,

i thought that before however remote desktop is not possible as you need to download google test browser (No IE, FF or chorme) which once enable you cannot do anything on system and it close every process running on PC (ofcourse leaving default ones)

Why not 3-4 members here give exam together (including me) ? It will be help ful.

Get a friend or two to sit next to you and google the answers on a laptop. We did that to get my brother through some online aptitude test.

I give you one. It's the > rule.
Write your adword in a way where your keyword appear first on the first line, last on the second line and first again in the third line.
An example:

My keyword is really fantastic
Try this fantastic my keyword
My keyword at discounted price

So what happen, when your keyword is searched, the keyword is in bold.
So you see:

My keyword is really fantastic
Try this fantastic my keyword
My keyword at discounted price

This only got my 700%-800% ROI to a nice 1200%...

this
or use this tool:
Code:
https://join.me/
"It?s an impromptu meeting that happens wherever you are. It?s getting a second or third pair of eyes on your presentation from across the hall or across the continent. It?s sharing your screen instantly with anyone to get stuff done, quickly.
It's using 256-bit SSL encryption.
Temporary & under your control - when you close join.me it removes itself from your computer.
You control who gets the code to see your screen.

Again, there is no use of google.com for answers (i have 2 PC so i used extra one this time) I tried very hard but you rarely found answers as most of them are case study and you have 1 minute to select your answer.

were you able to find any practice tests to study for this? if anybody has them can you share?
