For NSFW content there are 2 ways:
1. ComfyUI with a custom workflow;
2. Web based tools like: Flux, Qwen, Seedream, Wan.

When it comes to monetize your content there are multiple options:
1. Fanvue - it’s good until a point like: 20% of your income will be kept by them, if your provided content (after a sell, after a PPV sale) is trash, so it’s not what your subscribers expected there can be chargebacks.
2. Telegram
You can monetize using their stars system, which is not good, not because of the fees but because the entire process that your subscribers should have to do in order to acquire stars. - so the rate of conversion will be lower.
My suggestion is to use a tool integrated at API level for TG like for eg. Lustify.
This is just an example, there are a lot. I gave it a try to Lustify a couple of months ago, it was good, but I cannot recommend it right now because I don’t know if it’s still worth to be used. Right now I’m using my own one.
Why it’s much better? Because you’ll be able to have a dashboard like in OF, Fanvue. You can integrate different payment methods, so you’ll bypass the stars system and this is good because your subscribers can pay directly for your content. - so basically the same thing as in Fanvue.

It’s very hard to reply to this question because there are different amounts in every month. In average for all my models after the Fanvue cut, after the payments of my employees (Chatters and VAs) I have a profit between 50-70k $/ month.
2 of my models are not performing well in adult business because they are in different niches. They are performing better on Affiliate Marketing and brand promotion because they are more like influencers.

for the video side of things... yeah it still looks pretty janky most of the time unless you spend weeks tweaking animatediff or svd workflows in comfy. most people are just doing face swaps on real videos using tools like reactor because generating pure ai video from scratch that actually looks hot and natural is a massive headache.

and for anyone asking if this is free, definitely not if you want to scale. you either need a beast of a pc with a high end nvidia card to run comfy locally or you'll be burning cash on runpod and cloud gpus. plus proxy costs, buying accounts, etc. it adds up fast.
