He did not say anything about it. He just asked if he could use the same methods as are used for hostgator with this website. And I bet that you could.

I really didn't use a method... I just found a guy who needed hosting and referred him... either way.. it's money..

I do have plans to scale this up somehow in the future.

They need to order one year. But it is estimated I think that most people stay with their hosting company for quite some time. So they end up making money with it. It's a one time yearly payment of 50 bucks or so... It's pretty good hosting... PM me if you want an invite

Just got paid from iPage. They are legit and was really fast.

You can probably make a lot of money from companies like this, I didn't try to scale it up, but I'm probably going to.
