First site looked, clean professional and not your average PBN site based upon my experience. Had a Moz DA of 44 and a semrush score of 6. Low Spam and health backlink profile. Article was in decent english and relevant to the keyword.
Second site also looked professional in appearance with a decent relevant article published. This site had a DA39 and a Semrush score of 3. Both sites over 12 months old and as the articles were only published today, neither have indexed yet as expected.

One domain name history is even in my same niche, which is pretty good. Both domains are repurposed, using very neat and clean themes, logos, articles are ai/spun generated, topic is broad.
Both domains with .org extension.
Overall, I would say the quality is slight better than average PBN packages.
