hello guys i created a second ads account and i got suspended, can i use my first since it doesnt seem to be suspended althought google sent an email saying all my accounts owned by me are suspended. mind u my site is basic ecom site ; i just did that because i wanted to fix my conversion tracking follwoing chatgpt advice , shouldnt done that.

also can i create a brand new account to fix this. and how

Test and see. You can't know until you test. If you create another account you'll need to use different information and a proxy with an anti detect browser to hide your footprints

Test and see if it gets suspended. Google can be random at times. Using another compute wouldnt change anything if you're on the same IP

If Google says all your accounts are suspended, submit an appeal first. Creating new accounts before resolving it can lead to further suspensions.

yeah, i wouldn’t try to dodge it with a new account yet. appeal first, clean up billing/business info and conversion setup, then only run once the suspension reason is actually cleared.

It is best to create a new ad account, but you must use a completely new email address, IP address, and anti-detect browser.

Additionally, if you are using your own card, it is recommended that you switch to a different card for payment.

Add one more point: the currency of the bank card should match that of the account :)

heloo thanks , what anti detect browser , can i just a new computer (not n my home)

To fix it, either rent an account here in bhw (many sellers in marketplace thread) or just use an antidetect browser like dolphin anti or adspower, with a new email and new info and, if it's possible, another credit card.

Yeah
If Google flagged all accounts under your name — using the first one is risky, they're likely all linked and it's only a matter of time before it gets hit too.
Two real options here:
First — antidetect browser like Octo or similar. Create a completely fresh account with clean fingerprint, new payment method, new everything. No connection to your previous accounts.
Second — just buy a ready account on the forum. Already verified, aged, with spend history. Saves you the hassle of warming up from scratch and usually survives longer out of the box.
Either way — don't touch your old accounts. Once Google flags you it tracks device, payment, behaviour patterns

another computer alone won’t mean much. if the same domain, billing name/card, merchant center, analytics/tag setup etc are connected then it can still get linked pretty quick.

your first account might not show suspended in the dashboard yet, but if the email says all accounts then i’d treat it as poisoned for now. don’t run spend on it unless you’re ready to lose it too. for a basic legit ecom site appeal first, fix the tracking properly, check misrepresentation / business info / payment stuff, then wait for a clear answer. making 3 more accounts while confused usually just makes google hate the domain more lol.

another pc by itself won’t save it, google isn’t just looking at the laptop lol. if the email says all accounts then the first one is probably just not updated yet, or it’ll get hit once you try to spend.

for a normal ecom site i’d appeal first and clean the obvious stuff: business info, billing, merchant/site policies, conversion tag mess. don’t keep making fresh accounts while the domain is under review, that’s how you turn a small suspension into a proper headache.
