for survey stuff i’d be careful asking for “clean proxies”
most survey/outlier type sites are strict with this and a lot of proxy providers don’t really allow that use case either
even if the ip looks clean, the account can still get flagged from device, payment/profile info, behaviour or location mismatch
if it’s for legit work, better use your real connection or a private setup you control, not random “survey proxy” sellers

honestly i wouldn’t recommend any specific place for that
for survey/outlier stuff, most “clean rdp/proxy” sellers are risky and the account can still get flagged anyway
if the account matters, real connection or private setup you control is safer

For such purposes, one is advised to search for those that provide IPs that one can use at the city level, as well as being able to identify ASNs before purchasing. You will need to test your IP with Iphey, among others, to make sure that it does not have any restrictions before using it.
I've had decent results with providers that let you choose the ISP and exact location. Just make sure the IPs are truly static and not heavily shared, since survey sites can be pretty sensitive. Maybe test a small package first before scaling up to see how they perform for your specific use case.

static residential is a hit or miss for this kind of work. i think the bigger issue is not just clean ips but whether that ip has low reuse and matches the carrier footprint for the location you pick. alot of the static lines still sit in crowded pools and look fine at first but burn fast.
if you do test any, check how long the same ip stays assigned and whether the geo, timezone and carrier all line up naturally. thats what matters

You’ll find a lot of options on BHW or similar forums. Look for providers that offer static residential/ISP proxies with location + ASN selection. A few of them also let you test a small plan first, which is useful before committing. Just avoid random resellers and stick with known providers.
