I would have to rate this service as completely unreliable...I ordered and paid for the service on July 31st. Was promised 10 business days...we're now at least double that. No updates, no contact, nothing....if you're so backed up, perhaps you should either raise your prices or get more help. At this point, I can't recommend this service to anyone.
