[JOURNEY] My Road Back to Dominating the IPTV Streets AGAIN After 8 Year Hiatus

@XrumerGeek
Hey! Just wanted to quickly check in and see if there’s any update on the IPTV progress. Whenever you have a moment, feel free to DM me — I’d be happy to talk about potential collaboration. I have solid experience in this space and I’m excited to get back into it. Appreciate it.

Progressing nicely. If you have specific questions, you can ask them publicly in the forum to benefit everyone, thanks.

With the recent updates and limitations of Magistv or Xuper, I’ve successfully attracted new users who are weary of constantly switching between apps. I've explained that investing a specific amount for 12 monts (now i am selling 12 months only, tired of month by month) of comprehensive service with minimal downtime is a far better option. Many have grasped this concept and become new clients. This stands in contrast to those relying on free apps that require daily adjustments. This insight is your tip of the day!

what are you stats now?
how mush make in one monat with iptv selling?

Goodluck in your journey, I just started some SaaS platforms so i will be watching your progress closely.

While I didn't create this thread, I'm nearing an exciting milestone of reaching 250 satisfied users—defined as those who renew their subscriptions annually.

Once I achieve that goal, my next target will be to double that number to 500 happy users.

It's a low-effort process; I'm consistently placing my QR stickers in various locations across different cities. Each time a potential customer fills out a form, I capture their IP geolocation. For those concerned about time consumption at the outset, this is my method for attracting new customers.

I rely on my QR code, which offers a comprehensive 24-hour demo that includes XXX. This strategy is particularly effective as it targets immigrants. Additionally, I benefit from word-of-mouth referrals; my personalized approach delights customers, encouraging them to recommend my service to friends and family.

To onboard a new customer, I typically invest about an hour, guiding them through the installation of the required player on their TV. I ensure that the player is set up on at least three devices, which provides added value since they initially expected only one. This element enhances their experience, making them feel like they're receiving more than they anticipated.

To maintain control, I utilize a specific IPTV player that allows me to manage the listing on their devices using their MAC addresses. I've created a detailed table to monitor accounts, expiration dates, and the devices in use. If a customer decides to leave or discontinue the service, the player will only function with my device. If they wish to switch to another IPTV provider, they'll need to find a compatible player. Additionally, I run a WhatsApp group where customers can join to receive updates about our services and occasional information on shows and events available through IPTV.

As I've mentioned, it's a straightforward business model that requires some time to cultivate, but once customers are delighted with the service, their loyalty ensures a worry-free experience for me.

Nice work getting 250 users. I definitely agree with your personalized onboarding and QR code. Have you thought about running a referral program through the WhatsApp group? Like giving discounts or extra demo time to people who bring in new signups?

Good job man! been following your journey for a while, you are crushing it. I also about to start an IPTV business and this thread is so helpful.
I have couple of questions if you don't mind:

1- what is your starts on picking a domain name? do u go for keyword domains that contains iptv or you go for old ones that have backlinks or for brandables? or domain name is just irrelevant here and I'm overthinking it?
2- as far as website content goes, keywords like IPTV provider and such should be avoided or safe to use them?

Any advice or help is really appreciated man. best of luck to you!

In my situation, I intentionally steer clear of any details linking my name or business to IPTV. Being based in the USA, where IPTV operates in a legal gray area, I take extra precautions.

I purchased a dedicated WhatsApp number solely for IPTV and other "less than legal" ventures since this side business isn't my main income source; I handle it accordingly.

My QR codes lead to a forms URL, and my existing clients and their referrals reach out to my dedicated WhatsApp number.

Initially, I realized that advertising IPTV can be challenging, often resulting in account bans on platforms like META, so I advise against spending time on that. Instead, I prioritize exceptional customer service for those who fill out the QR form and their referrals.

Clients who find me this way tend to stick around longer than those sourced through Facebook, who often disappear after a month. That's one reason I only offer 12-month subscriptions; I am not the provider for those who want month-to-month arrangements. My service and support are top-notch.

My recommendation is to find an outstanding IPTV provider someone who responds promptly and offers affordable credits. Focus on targeting Hispanic communities or residents from other countries who want to access their local TV channels; this makes for an easier sell.

Provide excellent customer support and aim small; set a goal of acquiring 100 clients willing to pay for a 12-month service. Once you reach that milestone, you'll have more ideas on expanding, and attracting the next 100 will be even easier.

Interestingly, I started this side business to save money on my own IPTV service. Initially, I was just looking for a way to lower my expenses, and unexpectedly, I found myself in a position where I no longer have to pay for my IPTV service at all.

Good luck!

What prices do you sell for? What are your actual costs? How many customers from offline/in person v online? How do you advertise in each case (online v. offline)?

Hi, thanks a lot for sharing your experience and updates in the forum — it’s genuinely helpful and appreciated.
I totally understand the value of keeping discussions public for everyone

That said, I’m currently in the process of moving a fairly large number of existing users to a new provider and planning to work as a reseller. Because of account limitations, I’m unfortunately unable to initiate a DM myself.

If you’re open to it, I’d really appreciate it if you could send me a direct message so I can briefly explain the situation and see whether there’s a fit.
Thanks again for all the knowledge you share with the community.

We use expired/caught brandables, but to be honest, very little of our efforts go into traditional SEO these days. DMCA removals are become quicker, more effective - so we've pivoted hard towards parasite SEO and leeching from you large social operators. Worked a treat. As a result, we just use really simple and clean landers for trials, 3, 6 and 12 months. Then they we use WHMCS for config - stuff like trial automation, support desk and client registration etc

That's interesting, but do you think for someone just starting out like me traditional SEO could still be worth it?

Also can you share a bit more details about parasite SEO? how does it differ from traditional SEO?

Thank you for you time mate!

Lots of information on parasite SEO in this thread already.

For traditional SEO you'll need large budgets and you'll lose domains often - I.E deindexing of pages/domain once you start getting noticed on the first page of some competitive/high traffic/highly targeted terms. Also, GOOGLE has stopped responding to counter notices often these days, which would leave you in nomans land.

Oh okay, by parasite SEO you mean strategies like targeting reddit posts with high traffic and such, I did read that on this thread just kinda forgot, sorry my bad.

I have now everything set up from servers to payment providers (paypal for now), my next step is to get a domain and make a content rich website, then i'll start marketing. that's why I asked about the domain and the content/keywords... but as you said with google hostile dmca takedowns I should focus on a system rather than trying to build one site organically.

will be following this thread regularly, thanks a lot @XrumerGeek this is so valuable, keep this alive man!

Hey all,
I used to run a large IPTV business (formerly cccam) before departing the industry back in 2016 due to stability issues and IP blocks, coupled with piivoting to other industries.

Fast forward to today, I stumbled across the email lists I had from my former operations and this caused me to look back into the niche. I'm currently a master reseller for another provider, with plans to potentially switch to my own setup all those years ago; depending on what discounts the supplier offers me as I grow.

Naturally with an email list of 4000~ former customers, this has given me a strong start. I won't go into more detail about this because it will skew the perceived progress on this thread. All I will say is that it's given me a reasonable budget to compete in the upper reaches of Google for the majority (if not all) terms over the medium term.

I've used this money to purchase multiple domains (expired/caught), purchase significant credit deals and buy backlinks.

I used to use social media but my main focuses on gaining customers will be organic search, cold & warm email, and referral schemes + affiliate.

I'll update the thread weekly based on the work I've done on the website, I'll also include some stats and screens which you may find interesting, i.e customers gained p/w, website growth and development, turnover and profit.

I'll happily answer any questions posted in this thread. I have a large amount of experience in this field and I'm hoping to prove some significant SERP gains within the next 2-3 months.

Wish me luck!
do you currently sell credits for your server? I’m interested. (targeting US)

Wish you good luck on your journey, you have any tips to find work with anyone knowledgeable about parasite seo? I've seen some posts around here but still don't know what the results would be.

Unbelievable. Of that $42,415, where all is from where? For example, $30,000 or so from Reddit or where? How much is from in person/offline? Congratulations. What an amazing journey, and to see you're still going strong.
