Hello, there must be a balance of 5 USD on the cards. When you delete the card, the balance will be refunded.
 
Credit card balance top-up has been added.
 
can i top up with paypal? also can i create the account as a business not as an individual?

We currently only support individual accounts. We will soon support businesses and provide bank account support, but PayPal top-ups are not available.
