How to start YT automation?

I don't think you are ready for it. currently we have many tools to automate the whole thing but monetizing it and keeping the channel safe can be hard.

Ai content can't work that much if you use ai voice beside videos so I recommend you to hire a cheap voice over for it.

I am not thinking to make those totally Ai generated videos, I was thinking about stream clips and a 2nd channel with some vloggers clips,

What do you think about it?

To start AI YouTube automation, you need to choose a good niche to create content. Then write a good script. Do voiceover, visuals and editing. After creating the video, upload it and continue working on it on the YouTube channel regularly.

As an automation dev and former amazon IT guy, I can tell you very first that you need a seriously thick wallet and an expert to roll a custom software, all the off the mill stuff will not work.

That's the first thing, you're looking at tens out thousands of usd to get something that will really work.

It's not the scale that makes this particularly hard, even 1 automated account makes it hard as your opponent is an app in the form of a browser or YouTube is your target.

I'd stick to browser , the alternative is very many real devices, but real phone automation , one that survives Google, is really complicated.

Design an eye catching thumbnail which urges the people to watch video. Stay consistent and be patience you will succeeded.

If you’re talking about a faceless channel, you don’t need anything crazy at the start. Pick a niche, decide on a clear format, and build a simple workflow: script - voiceover - edit - thumbnail. The most important thing is consistency.
Don’t overcomplicate it in the beginning. Make 10–20 videos in one niche and see how the audience reacts. If it starts gaining traction, then think about scaling.
With stream clips or vlog clips, be careful. If you’re just reposting without adding value (commentary, editing, transformation), monetization can become an issue.
I’d focus on getting one model working manually first. Then optimize and scale from there.

A budget of $400–$1,500 for the first 2–3 months.
A clear, repeatable workflow that can be handed over to freelancers after 1–2 months.
Understand that 90% of new channels fail due to overused/low-impact content – make the value higher than average, even if you use AI.
Without the first two points, even $5,000 won't save you. Start with a niche and test 3–5 videos.
