Refund & Withdrawal
Refund - If your post gets removed by Reddit moderators in the middle of an Upvote campaign, you shall receive a refund for the number of upvotes that were not delivered. Our system tracks this automatically, but refund processes are done after manual checks and reconcliation and the balance is returned to your Wallet.
Withdrawal - If you have unused balance, and don't intend to use it, you can open a ticket to request withdrawal. Please note, there is a 10% withdrawal fee and the minimum withdrawal is $10 (Blockchain/Gas fee will be paid by you)
Account Closure - If you're unsatisfied with our service, you can request an account closure and your entire balance will be refunded. This should happen within 7 days of account creation. Post that a 10% withdrawal fee will be charged and the minimum withdrawal will be $10
Bonus & Test Balance - Under no circumstances will the test balance or bonus balance made available as a withdrawal option.
For eg. - You cannot deposit $500, get $575 as balance (with bonus) - use $75 worth of services and then request a full $500 withdrawal. At such times, your withdrawal amount will be adjusted for the services used and rest will be refunded after appropriate fee.

What is the maximum number of votes I can order?
Since we use a combination of VAs and our own network, we limit the number of upvotes per post. The maximum votes per order is configured by the platform (typically up to 300 votes per URL). You can check the current limits in your dashboard when placing an order.
Can I order votes for any subreddit?
Yes, our service works on all public subreddits. The URL just needs to be a valid Reddit post or comment link.
What happens if my post gets removed?
If Reddit removes your post before we complete delivery, we will automatically stop the order. Our team monitors for removed orders and can process refunds for undelivered votes.
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit amount is $10 and is displayed on the Add Funds page. This ensures transaction fees remain reasonable relative to your deposit.
Do you share my data with third parties?
