if I buy an IP, can I easily swap it or change it for another mobile IP?

Just in case - because mobile IPs have been used by other people in the past, so it may not be 100% clean - it would be good to know if those IPs can be swapped

Yes you can change your IP any time. And yes you're correct, mobile IP's are used by 1000's of people because the cell phones are constantly changing IP's hopping on different cell towers so because of this these IP's will see 1000's of Facebook accounts, Instagram accounts, and other services because so many people with smart phones have these apps running on their phones. So because of this all these IP's are treated differently.

But yes you can change the IP any time you want with the click of a button or via the API.

As a three-year MobileHop user, I advise those who haven't purchased MobileHop to avoid it.
1. In the past year, MobileHop has frequently experienced disconnection from the current IP and then switched to a new one. This drawback is unsuitable for certain businesses, especially when the connection is lost and the IP automatically switches to a new one.
2. MobileHop is completely unaware of the widespread misuse of its current devices and IPs. They maintain Verizon as their carrier, and are constantly out of stock with carriers like ATT. However, when I used MobileHop's IPs, I've already encountered risk control issues on numerous platforms. Furthermore, these IPs are shared, not exclusive, and I don't think they're worth the price.
3. I believe it's possible to purchase higher-quality mobile IPs from other platforms at a lower price, rather than using these abused shared IPs. Especially with gimmicks like modifying TCP fingerprints, I don't think they'll lead to excessive premiums. For a reseller, ensuring IP quality is paramount, followed by additional features. If the IP quality is so poor that it prevents business, modifying the TCP fingerprint will be ineffective. Therefore, before the MobileHop website undergoes large-scale rectification, I do not recommend anyone to purchase an agent from this platform.

• We never advertise our IPs as “static forever.” These are true mobile IPs, and by nature, they may change within the same tower/city/carrier pool. This behavior is consistent with how mobile networks operate and does not negatively affect session persistence or account reputation in properly configured environments.
• We do not share IPs between customers. Every MobileHop license is tied to a unique modem, and while mobile IPs can be reassigned within the carrier NAT pool, we maintain strict modem-to-customer assignment. Claims of "shared IPs" likely stem from misunderstandings about how mobile carrier infrastructure functions.
• Regarding carrier availability – AT&T stock is limited due to very high demand, but we’re always working to expand inventory while maintaining quality. Verizon remains one of the most stable and consistent carriers for enterprise-grade mobile proxy needs.
• As for abuse claims, we don’t publicly disclose IPs or usage patterns for privacy and security reasons, so statements about IP abuse are speculative unless verified through actual usage logs – which we do not provide or expose.
