Facebook only accepts real personal ID for verification. Submitting someone else’s ID is against their rules and can get you banned permanently. If it’s fake, the safest move is to accept the suspension

That's absolutely correct. I don't know about anyone that successfully verified a fake account and didn't get suspended.
