That's what happened but sadly i accepted an offer but sadly the buyer backed off after i didn't accept to lower the price. Flippa relisted my listing for free but still wasted time

You seldom get what you hope for on Flippa. Sometimes it is OK to just sell for lower than you expected, sometimes you gotta keep the site cause offers are too low. Your decision.

u am never sell but saw a video from my course mentor he show on video he sell a website that price was $10k. and he say flippa is best website for website selling

A lot of lurkers on Flippa. Not worth dealing with that platform. Better go with EmpireFlippers or other platform (or broker)

Had 5 listings with an asking price ranging between 220k € - 4,5M €.

Ended up deleting the listings due to lack of buyers. And tons of lurkers just spying, wasting time, and so on.

I have used it multiple times:
Advantage:

• Escrow make transaction safe and smooth
• There are many buyers

Disadvantages:

• They have a long waiting cycle, multiple approvals until get paid.
• Many scams or spam people, just contact to get the info, probably hinting for some working ideas

Under $2k payments via PayPal if I remember. I think buyer submits payment and you receive that money from Flippa, minus their fees. Then you send over domain/files to buyer.

I have used Flippa multiple times in the past, but that was a long time ago. However, the only reason people use it instead of other platforms is that there are many buyers. It does not matters how many people you have to contact or reply, as long as you can sell your site for a good price, people will continue using it.

My experience: Flippa is the worst platform when it comes to selling/buying websites.

So many time wasters there. Plus, their support is absolutely not responsive. Takes days to get a reply.

If your site is earning atleast $20k + Then flippa is good to you, because flippa is full of traffic, meaning if you have a great site with great earnings history then you will gain alot of potential buyers.

I sold a site on Flippa before, and what really helped was being honest in the listing, showing clear revenue proof, and staying quick and friendly when replying to potential buyers.

I've sold the majority of my smaller sites that did not qualify on EF through FB groups. Only thing to make sure when doing so is using a escrow service.

If you just search something like "website buy sell trade", a good amount will pop up. I usually cross post to all of them when I'm ready to sell something.

Can you provide any tips or Advice for FB! and any popular Groups that you have actually tried! how do you filter potential buyers like there are lots of people on FB!
