Different bookmarking sites work in different ways

There are many bookmarking sites which list the website in their site after moderation after a few days so you will be able to see the listed url after they approve

A backlink is built only after your site gets approved so in effect, the backlinks are built on different days

As a result this looks natural and the search engines have no reason to deindex your site

Social bookmarking is a completely white hat technique
