My Bing Ads account just got blocked and I have no idea why. I’ve followed all policies and never had any issues before. Has anyone else faced this? Any ideas on how to get it reinstated?

Bing can block accounts automatically if something triggers their risk algorithm, even if you didn’t do anything wrong.

If Bing blocked something ‘for no reason’, usually there is a reason buried somewhere. First check: are you using a VPN / proxy / unusual IP/location? Also clear cookies & cache; disable ad-blocker or privacy extensions. If it still blocks, try contacting Bing support (provide screenshot, URL, time). Sometimes it’s just a misflag or geo/policy issue.

Check if your payment method got declined or flagged. That sometimes causes a sudden block.

Sometimes it’s linked to the landing page. Even small violations can trigger a suspension.

Open a support ticket immediately. Be polite and detailed; sometimes they lift the block in 24–48 hours.

If you’ve used multiple accounts from the same IP before, Bing might flag it as “multi-account abuse.”

Keep calm and don’t try to open a new account immediately. That can make things worse.

Document everything you did, like campaigns and billing info. Helps when appealing.

Some people wait it out, some get it reinstated quickly. No guaranteed method, but persistence usually pays.

Yeah it happens sometimes even with clean accounts best move is to appeal and stay super polite while asking for a manual review.

I’ve had that happen too—sometimes it’s just an automated flag. Best bet is to reach out to Bing support and ask for clarification or a manual review.

Yeah, this happened to me before too — best move is to contact Bing Ads support and ask for a review, since they usually won’t unblock it without a manual check.

Most ad networks don't give a direct reason for banning you. You'll have to figure out the reason yourself through trial and error.

Try reaching out to Bing Ads support for clarification and submit an appeal, detailing your compliance with policies.

Yeah it happens a lot, usually trust or billing flags, just appeal with support, be patient, and don’t create new accounts in the meantime.

Yep, Bing often does automated bans with zero explanation—open a support ticket, appeal politely, and be ready that many accounts never get reinstated even if you did nothing wrong.

I haven't encountered this situation before. Regarding account recovery (low success rate). You submit an appeal.
Appeal correctly (once, clearly):
When appealing: Be calm and professional.
Don't argue about policy interpretations.
Don't mention affiliate partners, CPAs, arbitrage trading, or testing.
Emphasize: Long-term goals, the legitimacy of the business.
Willingness to adjust whatever they request.

Yeah, this happens to a lot of people, even clean accounts get hit sometimes by automated reviews.
First step is to check the exact suspension reason in the account and appeal it calmly with details.
If that fails, contact Bing Ads support directly , persistence usually helps more than anything.

Sometimes accounts get blocked due to automated checks; try reaching out to Bing support for clarification and submitting an appeal with any relevant info.
