Created a new FB ad account, launched one campaign, and got restricted instantly. What’s the trigger here?

You may have run ads right after creating a new account, which could be considered spam or unusual behavior.
You should review the content, as it may violate policies.

The main reason is that Facebook considers a new account as lacking trust, combined with an unnatural environment/behavior and a risky first ad

warm up with a whithat campaign with low budget first. After being approved by google, the accounts are ready to launch your new campaigns.

The cause is usually due to weak trust signals (IP, device, new payment card), or the content/campaign creation process violates the policy and is immediately restricted by scanning.

New accounts are often restricted immediately due to the system detecting risks from unstable IPs, devices, payment cards or ad content that violates Facebook's policies. You should maintain your account for a few days before launching an ad campaign, use your card with full information and start with a low budget, clean content to avoid being scanned.

I got restricted the same day for using a VPN from a different region than my account location

Yes, Fb's policies are getting stricter, new advertising accounts are still weak and payment methods have problems, not trusted by Facebook, so it will lead to account closure.

Instead of just the ad, investigate the history of your domain and payment method. The AI connects everything, even past disabled accounts.

Sounds like it could be a policy violation or too much activity too quickly—try reviewing the ad content and account info to make sure everything's fully compliant

You need to warm an account first so that it dosent think that you are a bot that's why it restricted it due to suspicious activity.

Yeah, Facebook’s pretty strict with new accounts. Just appeal and make sure your ads follow all the guidelines!

usually after creating an account you should soak them for 30 minutes or after 1 hour you should use them, if you use them immediately they will be abnormal and locked.
to ensure better after you soak you should run the interactive campaign first then you should run your main campaign later

Happens a lot with new accounts. FB flags anything that looks “fresh.”
Usually it’s because of a new payment method, no page activity, or going straight into conversion campaigns.
Try warming up the account first with engagement ads and verified info before running conversion campaigns.

I think you should use clean browser and proxy. For new accounts, try to warm up first by organic posts, verify payment method...
keep your content comply with policy and scale gradually

It’s probably because Facebook flagged it for unusual activity, like a new account, payment issues, or policy violations. Check your ad content and account details.

just buy aged account under 2020, id start with 1xxxx not 6xxxx
