You already have a team and a steady income, which is a great foundation. To earn more, delegate your current tasks to your employees and focus on growth. Try expanding your services by adding related offerings or selling service packages. Get on freelance platforms where there are more clients. You can also create and sell info products like guides, templates, or mini-courses. Another option is to start dropshipping or an online store—your team can help handle orders. Use AI tools to generate texts, images, videos, and sell those services. Video editing and managing social media are also in demand and can be done at scale. The key is to automate routine tasks and keep testing new ideas.

am thinking about VA Jobs

Since you have extra PCs and workers, you don’t need to do more yourself. You need to build simple SOPs (processes) and let workers handle each system

You are already on a great path . Explore low entry niches like content rewriting, basic graphics design or lead generation. You can also consider offering services like affiliate marketing and youtube automation. Try this

what sort of services are u curently offering? because everything will depend on ur current path/skills.

What are your workers good at? If you know their strengths, you can really make the most out of them like assigning the right tasks or even testing new things based on what they’re best at. Best of luck!

Scale you weekly income. Do whatever already gives you money. Make it big one. That's better than trying new method.

Hi! With your existing team, you can consider acting as an intermediary for agencies that need human resources to handle tasks such as SEO, content, design or technical support. Many agencies are looking for reliable partners to outsource. This can be a potential direction to expand without too much additional investment. Good luck!

Host private proxy servers on your extra PCs and rent them to marketers for a monthly fee.

One thing that hasn’t been mentioned yet, you could use those extra PCs to run stable, long-term TikTok or social media accounts through something like GeeLark. A lot of marketers need clean, warmed-up accounts for content or ads, and if you’ve got the hardware and workers, you could build a side stream renting out managed accounts. It’s low maintenance once set up, and demand’s growing. Just a thought.

I’ve actually tried hosting private proxies on spare hardware before, and honestly, it turned into more trouble than it was worth. At first it seemed like a solid idea (passive income, low effort) but then came the payment headaches. Setting up reliable payment processing, dealing with chargebacks, managing subscriptions… and don’t even get me started on building a client dashboard. I spent weeks coding a simple client panel just for account access and usage stats, only to keep fixing bugs and answering support tickets.
Suddenly I wasn’t running a proxy side hustle: I was running customer support, billing, and tech ops 24/7. The profit wasn’t worth the stress. These days I’d rather focus on services with lower overhead and faster turnaround. Just my experience, but I’d think twice before going down that route unless you’re ready to run a full-time support gig.
MAYBE, in the new era of AI, it could be much simple. I don't know.

actually i am selling farmed mails and accounts ,which are mannualy login and farmed with mails and stuff ,used for adwords or othere account creation

Try scaling into higher-demand services like lead generation, cold email, SEO, or paid ads management. Use your team to systemize one niche and dominate it instead of juggling multiple.
