You can try using Xrumer+xevil as suggested by another user, however, be aware that tutorials are primarily in Russian so it may be difficult to understand without proper translation assistance.

If you're just trying to post on an industrial level Xrumer. If you just want to post automatically on a bunch of forums(a few hundred or so) at the same time check out themaposter, its a much cheaper and easier to use option.

Yes, tools like GSA SER, Xrumer, or custom bots/scripts can autopost on forums, but be careful-many forums detect and ban spammy behavior, so use them wisely and ethically.

if you're not spamming the forums in a malicious way you don't need proxies, but you will need captcha breaker
