What is the duration of your videos? I’ve noticed that for short-form videos (reels), YouTube pays relatively little compared to the number of views. If you make long-form videos, it will take more time to produce content. How can you manage to create videos with only one hour a day?

Update #8 – Second Channel Monetized, Testing New Ideas


Quick update — I won’t go into too much detail as time is tight lately.
Below is July earnings:



My main channel continues to earn. Of course, income and RPM fluctuate as usual, but the channel brings in money consistently — and that’s what matters.


I’m still sticking with the same video style for now.
There’s simply no time to experiment at the moment. After work, I’m usually too tired to plan out changes, and free time is limited.

Good news: my second channel is now monetized.
I submitted the application yesterday, and this morning I already had the approval email waiting in my inbox.



Right now, the first video is carrying the whole channel, but it’s doing great.
Subscribers are coming in fast, and it won’t be long before both channels have a similar number of subs.
(My main channel currently has around 5,000 subscribers.)


I’ve uploaded a few more videos to the second channel to test what viewers respond to — trying to understand what kind of content they really want.


Today I got a few new ideas that I’ll try to execute and upload if time allows.

Good thing is that Youtube itself shows what my subscribers watch and what competitors upload on their channels.
I just copy their ideas and rewrite them. Easy

I’ll also answer a few questions I’ve been getting.

I dont do videos for my own country.
Im doing "third" world country only.

Look for videos about historical content.

Always: 1 youtube channel = 1 email.
Never make multiple channels under 1 email.

No idea, but to be honest Im not worried.
My content is not spam. Im doing things differently, adding value.

Yes I can speak it freely. I can speak english also freely but making the content for this third world country is easier for me because of small competition and some political issues.

Im using popular AI txttospeech engines. Lots of them are for free. Im also using elevenlabs but not the way you think. Cant talk about this here.
Also search on Github for free engines.

Yes, Thanks! I should have started YT in 2022, it was so easy to make 3000-6000€ a month on YT.
Its still pretty easy but mostly you need multiple channels. At least in the system we make our channels and content.

Different, but always 10+ minutes, mostly 15-30 minutes.
I manage because its practice. I just ask AI for next story, he collects info, i add some more if i find, i ask him to integrate all into 1.
then I take txt and convert it to voice. Then i get images related to what I talk about. Some video clips from YT.
And put all in timeline with some transitions and some retro effects. and render.
thumbs are made in Canva. I have template there, I just duplicate yesterdays thumb, change text and img and done.
5-10 minutes.

Im using capcut for editing.
AI also writes me video titles and thumb texts.
I edit as needed.
Thats it.

1h to 1.5h to make video.

30 min video, 1 hour, or 1.5h video, doesnt matter.
Work doesnt increase because of this.
Still 1 hour or so.

They ban channels if you do bad things. Not adsense.

If you do very very bad things and repeatedly then adsense may also get banned, including your hardware.
But you must do something really really bad to get Adsense banned.

Hey everyone,
I’ve been meaning to start a journey thread for a long time now – just never found the time or felt like I had anything worth showing. But finally, the gears are turning, and it’s time to share a bit of my story.


For years, I wanted to make money with YouTube. But starting was hard. I had no motivation, battled depression, and deep down I didn’t really believe it could work. I kept thinking: “What if I fail? What if it's a waste of time?”


Then everything changed.


I found a mentor – someone who makes serious money with simple content. He showed me his methods, shared his channels, and gave me insights, tips, even his mistakes. He literally guided me step-by-step. We now have a small Telegram community where we help each other grow.


While I was still just dreaming of earning from YouTube, these guys were making anywhere from $2,000 to $6,000 a month with faceless, niche content. Looking back, I feel dumb for not starting earlier… but I also worked through my depression and completely shifted my mindset.


So I started.
My first test channel launched around May 18th. I uploaded a niche video – nothing crazy. A few hours later, I saw 48 views. It wasn’t much, but it felt like magic. I kept going.
On May 20th, I uploaded another video. It hit 1,200 views in one day.
More uploads followed. Views started landing consistently between 1,000 and 2,000.


Then came the big wave.


On May 28th, I got 32,000 views in a single day. After that, traffic fluctuated but kept growing – 60K views on another day, and so on. The momentum was real.


A couple weeks later, I hit monetization. Right now, I’m making around €50/day.
Since I didn’t get monetized for the full month of June, the current earnings sit around €600 – but I expect €700–750 once the full month settles.

To be clear – this is just one channel. I have others too – some didn’t take off, some are just waiting for the right time. But a few are active, and I plan to push them hard. One in particular is also in a “simple” niche, but requires more editing to stand out. It’s actually performing even better in terms of views and revenue potential.


Just to set expectations:
My content isn’t aimed at the US market. I target a third-world country where CPMs are lower, but so is the competition. It’s strategic, and it’s working.


One of my recent uploads was done in a rush, but the moment YouTube starts showing movement on the channel, my motivation shoots up. That feeling of “it’s working” is like fuel.


The channel that’s made around €500+ so far takes me about 1 hour per day to manage. I make and upload one video daily to keep the stats healthy.


I’m still at the beginning of my journey, but if you’re reading this and on the fence – just start. You’ll learn along the way.
Big thanks to my mentor and our small community – I wouldn’t be here without them.
On my first channel, most of the videos are now hitting 80,000+ views, with even the "weaker" ones still pulling in 3,000+.
Funny thing is, I actually started with one niche, and it just felt… off.
I switched gears, uploaded a slightly different style of content – and BOOM, the views exploded. That’s when I realized YouTube had found my audience.


From that point on, I only uploaded the kind of videos my audience actually wanted – and the growth has been non-stop. I’m now gaining around 100 subscribers per day, completely organically.

Meanwhile, I’ve also been developing a second channel. This one is in a more demanding niche – not the typical spammy low-effort stuff – so it takes about 1.5 hours to make a video. The content has to be a little better to stand out… but the demand and monetization potential are great.

Mentor, his friend, and multiple students have already made really good money in this niche. One guy made $6,000 in 3 months.
Not bad for 1.5 hours a day work, right?


And no – it’s not rocket science.
It’s very simple content:

• Stock photos or short video clips
• AI-written story or repurposed script
• Text overlay
• Robot voiceover
• Minimal editing

The videos are always 8+ minutes long, with most ranging from 15–30 minutes.

To increase revenue, I set automatic ad breaks every 20 seconds. Of course, YouTube doesn’t show ads that frequently, but it maximizes monetization opportunities when ads do show.

• Then I’ll focus more on the second channel, since it requires more attention

I’ll keep this thread updated whenever I feel there’s something interesting to share.
Naturally, I won’t be revealing everything, but I’m happy to give insight and help when I can.


And yes – the niche I’m working in is also available in the USA market, but for now I’m targeting a “third-world” country where the competition is lower for specific reasons. It works well.
