On Play Store, change your country to Croatia and then use this https://telekomhr.page.link/jxMh to the correct app. Sign up using Croatian VPN, and then you should be able to build up to 3000 points slowly and then claim the code.

iOS:
Use this https://telekomhr.page.link/jxMh to the correct app and follow the same tips as above.

Also, when first registering to Perplexity Pro, keep the Croatian VPN on for some time.

Honestly, it was way easier just grabbing a promo code from someone for the 1-year Perplexity Pro plan. My account’s been running fine for two months now, no issues at all. The promo code I purchased came from a UK Telecommunications provider called "Virgin Media O2".
