My stats? What do you mean?

5 months is quite a long time. If you want, send me a link to your app and I will have a look at your listing and overall app

no, add the localization as soon as possible. its not difficult and it doesn't take long. Especially since ChatGPT it is just copy and paste.

Do you offer lifetime or yearly packages/subs in your apps or only monthly/weekly?
Do you also keep prices the same from launch to scale?

I offer all of them.

After the onboarding, I have paywall that always shows up everytime a user starts the app and is not a subscriber/premium member. In this paywall I offer Weekly subscription and lifetime offer.

Then, I have another two paywalls (I do A/B testing with revenuecat, which is quite nice!) and in one I offer weekly, monthly, yearly and in the other one I offer weekly, monthly lifetime.

Weekly has by far the best return. I have users who spent $200+ already simply because they haven't cancelled the subscription.

If I keep the price really depends. I usually keep the weekly price. then I play around with the lifetime price. try 39.99, keep it for a week. then try 29.99. then try 19.99. see what gives you the best return. see how mcuh people are willing to spend. also you can have a look at your competitors to see their pricing.

Interesting. I'm currently using superwall for IAP.
Ill play around with pricing and IAP.

The downloads have dropped of hard the past 3-5 days.
Not sure what's gone on, so checking out some more keywords.

Does apple stop promoting your app as much after 2weeks live ?

Yes, they initially give you a boost for 5-8 days. Thats really good because you can actually see the performance of your app. Usually, if you start to see a lot of sales after publishing your app, its a very good sign.

hey, did you buy a macbook or you're still using a hackintosh/VM? , I also spent the last 4 months making apps, made two good apps so far but didn't upload any of them yet because of not owning a mac and Mac os vm is laggy as hell, also admob shadow banned my country, can't verify phone number(I even tried a uk phone number and it wouldn't work)...

@nakamura do you recommend going with apple search ads or some other platform for app based on ads and in app purchase

This is something you really have to test out.

Usually, users from Apple Search ads tend to have more buying intentions, means they are more likely to to do IAPs. However, I found the cost per install on Apple Search Ads quite high.

Depending on your app and niche, I would recommend either Meta Ads (if your app has a viral effect or can have strong visual effects) or Google Ads.

Also, if you do Meta Ads or also Google Ads, the actual number of installs you see on Google Ads/Meta is mostly not correct. You will have to get the actual number on App Store Connect Analytics.

One more thing: On App Store Connect Analytics you can also see how much money you earned from the Meta / Google ads.

I'm wondering you process on app Analytics, like what stats are you manly looking at and which are you the key ones to follow to grow the app, also your average results and what you aim to reach, and what you improve once you have the datas

Well, basically I look at everything. Most importantly conversation rate, crash rate, earnings per user. If conversation rate is low I have to improve my screenshots ,and so on. If crash rate is high, means there is a fatal bug in my app.

everytime i make an update i give it around 2 weeks and see if there are any improvements or not.
