Once in a while people will send a screenshot like this.

What browser / device are you on?

Because on our end it is fine:

Ahhh, might be my on my end, sorry.

I use google chrome and windows 7 (don't ask why). Possible because the chrome browser on my end is not updated to the last version.

It shouldn't worry you then.

Okay, maybe it's a windows 7 thing. That screenshot of mine is from Google Chrome.

Hmm, hopefully a lot of people don't have that issue

Yeah don't worry about it. The majority of the people were forced to upgrade the windows because windows 7 is no longer officialy supported.

I am really inprasion from your dream. I would like to ask which conpany develop your software. I would like to build dream software for my new year 2025
Thanks

January Goal: FAILED!
The goal in January was $5,000 profit. We didn't even get $700 in REVENUE.

Update:

Okay, I have good and bad news. Let's start with the important things first: money.

We are currently using 4 different ad networks, and 3 of them are still paying pennies: see image

Our best current ad network is slowly decreasing CPMs:
1738859682997.png

United States has a $0.10 CPM with the "better" ad network. There is only one reason I can think of, fraudulent traffic.

Good news, we are now able to detect if a user is a proxy/hosting/relay/tor/ or using a VPN.

The next step is to block the bad traffic in those categories. I think we should block all "Proxy", "Relay", and *maybe "Hosting" ? (Please give your tips on which ones we should block or allow)

My hope is that organically, because we are no longer paying for VPN/Tor/Relay/Hosting/Proxy traffic, users that send this traffic to our website will stop. But I still need to block some.

Once this is done WILL OUR CPM's INCREASE????? Even if cpm goes to $1, that is enough.

----------------------------

Our traffic is fairly steady. I don't care much about this right now, I care more about being profitable, blocking proxy traffic, and increasing cpms. Because once we're profitable, we can start getting uploaders like crazy.

----------------------------
REVENUE & Expenses

Revenue: We've made around $780 since January 1st.
Payouts: We have paid out $4000+ to users since January 1st. (Not profitable!)
- Us no longer counting VPN/Proxy/Tor/Hosting/Relay as a view will help decrease our payout expenses.
Other expenses: And thousands more just in Server/development costs.

Good thing I have a lot of capital to figure this out!

----------------------------

We are still pushing new updates daily, but that is a little boring to talk about here.

FEBRUARY IS MY MONTH

@SaveFiles bro without adblock its imposible use your service, i mean only open popups... not work streaming. Please see it. Send me your telegram if you like.

If you are trying to complete against streamtape or many similar platforms, why not advertise unlimited storage. I suggest a time limit for user files, and users can select all or something to confirm and give more time, and users who do not confirm their files within 30, 60 or 90 days for example, it will be deleted from your servers. I currently use streamtape, I was considering the switch over to your platform, but I then found the 200gb limit, then the premium plans to get more storage... This ultimately put me off.

Fair point yea.

We do have text on your account dashboard that says "Need more storage? Contact us". We basically have unlimited storage, but manually add it to accounts. I think we might as well just have "unlimited storage", because it sounds better to new users too.

We'll add that. Thanks

Have you tried the Brazilian market? I saw on the website that you pay less for Brazil, is there a reason? Are there few visitors coming from Brazil?

We have a very strong market for this, here people usually use Apple, Google Drive and Dropbox.

Well it just has to do with cpms.

Ad networks pay more for "higher" tier countries.

Meaning that we can pay our uploaders more for those countries, and less for lower cpm countries.

I'm glad to see the success of your service. Maybe it's not going as fast as you were expecting, but it still looks like you are on the right track. Have you thought of adding remote subtitle support to the player, similar to Filemoon and others? Also, the current API documentation does not have a subtitle API documented, however, the service supports it via the UI.

Hi, I signed up to try it, but I'm having some difficulties, and the contact form is not working.
