It's always better to start with Visa or Mastercard. Using physical cards is preferable, but virtual cards work well too if you don't have physical ones.

Once you've spent $100-500 in the ad account and there's a balance due, you can use Amex or PayPal to pay the debt. Adding them this way won't lead to account disabling, and you'll be able to scale your advertising.
