You need to have 100 posts and be a member for 60 days - then you can upgrade to BLUE to sell ($147). https://www.blackhatworld.com/account/upgrades
If you don't want to wait, you can upgrade to marketplace seller for $749.

Once you do one of the above, you can submit a marketplace thread for a $30 additional fee. Subject to approval.
