Big demonetized channel

I have a big demonetized channel that continues to receive millions of views. It's all organic traffic. Unfortunately YouTube screwed up this niche with their automated filters and in order to monetize it again I would need to delete an unknown amount of videos which may be the ones that bring all the traffic. The content is original, their updated filters just unfairly tag videos as inappropriate, but the audience loves the videos because they are just cool.

Any ideas to profit from this traffic? Things I considered:

1) Send traffic to another channel: I would need a new AdSense to stay safe, and I have no way to create a new AdSense since I would need to trust someone to pick the PIN for me which is not an option.
2) Contact a CMS operator: I have not found anyone competent in this field.
3) Contact YouTube: YouTube does not say anything useful, they just tell you to "do changes and try again in 3 months". If I have to delete these videos I might as well quit the channel since it would lose the traffic.
4) Monetize through affiliate links, patreon, other third party means: This does not work in this niche, only ad revenue works.
5) Just start from scratch using your acquired skills: Even if I know how to make good content in this niche, it is no longer safe as the algorithm can randomly strike the videos, and other niches don't get as many views, so you are wasting your time. There is also luck involved. How many people you know that started from scratch and achieved millions of views and subscribers 100% organic? Some of the videos are top ranked in the world for the niche and receive a lot of traffic passively even after years of inactivity. I was doing the right thing at the right time. You don't get many chances to do that.
6) Sell the channel: Im not interested in selling the channel.

If anyone has any idea what to do with this channel that makes sense let me know.

Your best bet IMO is to monetize using affiliate links/CPA offers to products related to your content since you cannot get ad revenue. You really have no other choice.

Affiliate Marketing is the best choice for it to make the views usable, since you're not getting any ad revenue from YouTube.

Not an option. This works great with AdSense ad revenue, it doesn't with any other methods.

Does anyone know what would happen if I were to monetize a new channel, on the same niche but on a different subniche, and then send traffic from the demonetized channel into the monetized channel? The AdSense account would be the same since I don't know how to get another one. Other than that I don't see a way to use all of this traffic.

Is affiliate possible on the channel? Are you able to find some product that the viewers of these videos might be interests to buy? You just have to add its link in bottom of video and you can earn a lot.

There is no way to monetize this traffic other than ad revenue, which is why im asking if it's ok to send this traffic to a similar subniche on another channel, with another phone number, ip and device, but the same AdSense account, as im not able to get an additional AdSense account.

Man, that’s a tough spot especially with organic traffic still rolling in.... Heres are a few more ideas that might work without deleting or risking your content:

Direct Traffic to a Website – Set up a simple site related to your niche. Use the channel to push traffic there, and monetize with ad networks like Mediavine or AdThrive if you can get approved. Maybe add some light blog content to help with search rankings.

Sponsored Content – Reach out to brands that fit your niche for sponsorships. Even if you can’t run ads, some companies may pay to feature products or get shoutouts in your content, especially if you’ve got millions of views!!!

YouTube Shorts/Other Formats – If your channel has an audience, try creating a shorts channel or using other platforms like TikTok, where monetization rules might be different. Funnel viewers over and build up new monetized channels that way.

Sell Merch / License content - etc etc etc

Just get a bgm music deal from novial or any other reputed distributor. Insert their music in the videos and earn revenue.
RPM varies depending on how long videos are. I've seen $0.2-$0.3 for 18 secs long short videos.

Point 1 is good use it to send traffic to other channels and grow multiple new channels, however you have to take the step of making a new adsense, ask a close friend or family to do that.

I cannot insert music on already existing videos. I want to get revenue from the videos that bring millions of views. New videos will not get views. Making content in this niche is so time consuming that's not work working for peanuts.

The audience is the young Roblox type audience, they aren't going to bother with websites and they will not be buying any merch. I don't any any original famous characters I could sell, so I cannot sell merch of things whose I don't own the IP from. It is also a faceless channel, so no cult personality behind the videos to sell merch or funnel around things.
Shorts/TikTok pay like peanuts. Others with a similar situation tried to funnel traffic to TIkTok and it's a waste of time. It's all about long format views with AdSense, everything else is not worth the effort.
It's still painful seeing how good these videos perform and not being able to monetize them for some bullshit reason.

The only way I see to profit from this traffic is to get a new channel that is of a similar niche and funnel views there, since I can place videos from other channels on end screens and playlists, but since I would be using the same AdSense account since I have no way to create another one, I would be risking it, so im considering making a new channel from scratch, I already got almost 4 videos ready, long format, around 50 minutes of content, however, since luck is so important, imagine you spend months creating these videos for nothing, so im almost scared to upload them and see they get no views on a brand new channel, would be pretty brutal. I just wish I could still monetize the old videos, I still get people asking why I stopped uploading, but I cannot monetize this channel unless I basically destroy it by deleting a bunch of videos which renders the whole thing pointless.
