@NaveenSingh : Are you still in position to pay him 100$ if he completes his 5000 fans??

@RajbirKohli : Have you shown him any proof of work you had done till now???

Both of them have contacted me. I am looking at both sides now. I would like for both of you to say "I agree" to me mediating this. This way we can get some closure.
 
@ RamChaturvedi: yes i showed him the proof that i am doing the work as promised...

I dont mind delivering him the 5000 fans, the only thing is I need assurance that I am getting paid after the work is done...

I contacted him again around some hours back.... he tells me that he wont be paying me a single cent, and I go to hell.

Now my question is even when the mods were involved in the matter for solving it out, how come I am the only one getting ripped off..

Now Forgot about your account on BHW" . Dear seriously tell are you really a business man doing this thing calling and talking about revenge, we are not in field of war. better you learn to serve committed thing , due to such type of people, company afraid to work on internet. they treat client as they are mafia , "pay me otherwise i will ban your account" . this is not the way of doing business. other thing is that have you deliver what you say in 1 month. i have created same thing from other company make the fan page in 3 hour , and moderator has seen that also last night. other thing is that , that i was my mistake that hire a in capable person to do that work. and again i am requesting you in all front of all , that i do not further relationship with , do not call my cell again. and telling that shit to me , posting you favor on that . i request to moderator why don't they ban such guyes on forum, who cheat like this and then treat like a mafia and telling client without doing the work asking for money and if not paid creating that type of thread harming our reputation.

By the way you just pasted the content and image given by us in 15 min and starting for money , why you waste our one month . the agreement was including 5000 Guarantee Fan as you have agreed above also. where are they . as per our agreement we have to pay after completion that never done . So leave that Now we have hire other company and who is taking care of now and we have agreement in written.

and kindly notice do not call me again with such a rubbish talk.i will tell you and your friend that truth is always win. Better you concentrate on delivering the things. leave chasing the client NOBODY WILL PAY YOU WITHOUT WORK.

naveensingh you are seriuosly accusing me of threatening you... even though I am getting negative rating from a person who is completely a newbie and doesnt have evena single post...

webbyi i would really like to know through which thread did i approach you because i dont have any thread in BST and you dont have any post.... and how come you and naveensingh are not online at the sametime...

Mods please look into this because i dont want get more negative ratings just because i tried to make people aware of a scam....

first of all see the profile date of webbyi and another thing is that see my date . when people Post what they face and you are now giving the reasons. another thing is that if you think i am webbyi moderator Know better to check same profile. so Thanks webbyi for saying against rajbir . and rajbeer better you start working as you have also wasted my time in replying better moderator will decide , he is already taking care of that . another thing to moderator why he call me today on my cell and start rubissh talk and telling that his friend will help me to banned my profile. i asking rajbeer why he called me when this thibg is with moderator.

Better rajbeer business is done with patience and not like what you doing.

I think you are right you should carry on with your work i.e. scamming more people.... second thing I called you up today so that we could come on agreement, as i wanted to get paid on the part i had already worked on...

And as per your accusations that i told you that i was going to get you banned wouldnt you already be banned if i had some high level friends... please think and then write, I dont have time to waste....

This is my last response... I would really appreciate if mods or even the admin of BHW would look into the matter, as this is going nowhere and I am just getting negative ratings for no apparent reason...

NaveenSingh from now you can accuse me of anything you like, because if now justice is not served on BHW then this for sure my last post on it... As i can see that people can create multi accounts on BHW and destroy anyones reputation...

Every client is spammer in your eyes. I m on bhw since dec 2008. I was just browsing the bhw and hired you for data processing work through pm. Then you wasted my time and didn't provide the work as required. So I just think lets forget as a time waster. But today I saw that you are doing same things to other then I just can't stop my self to post your misdeeds.
 
See Naveen, irrespective if what ever being said by Rajbir, you need to pay him for the work he has completed. Fine he has not given you 5000 fans, then just check the BHW standard rates of 5000 fan and deduct that from his payment.
Giving no money to him is your offense. He has done work for you and he deserve to get paid. Simple.

i Claim here that on BHW other then you can tell we have worked with them and not paid and i can count more then 10 person with whome we have worked. so better modertor decide now.

pay rajbirkohli 50% of the work completed ($50 for fan page created)

then pay rajbirkohli $10 per every 1000 fans delivered until you hit 5000 promised fans.

this should be an amicable solution for both of you...rajbirkholi gets paid for work completed for you, but will not risk you bailing on him once 5000 fans are delivered to your page.
 
hi tonlilaz thanks for reply , but as per my above message when we have not get any return from rajbeer we have already hire other company in written agreement and they have already made a fan page for us in 3 hour and very attractive, which he took 1 month , also in the fan page which he make all the content and images are given by us , just pasted that , also at the time he told combined package which incluse 5000 members which never able to do in 1 month , so sorry now. also we now do not work with such guys who thing client as scammed. i have already shown my fan page which we have prepared to other moderator who is taking care this issue.

I just do not understand what people get out of scamming others... though in this case I do not know who is speaking the truth but people should not follow these practices. Just put yourself in their shoes and think how will you feel if some body scams you.
