Best way to do it cheap is to buy the minimum amount of credits required to get a reseller panel. This will depend on the iptv owner you find.. Some of them will give you a panel with as little as 10 credits (I do this to my rellers) and others will require you buy at least 50..

Without the panel you can't create demos so its hard to take care of your interested customers. But its still possible.. You gotta stay creative.

For example if you find a iptv service which sells accounts for to watch on 4 simultaneous screens, you could just buy 1 acc and sell it 2 times maybe, and use it as "demo" then change the password if you dont sell it..

This way you could start with just 1 account, and you have the full month to use it at your favour, If you sell one, you go buy another and keep going until you have the money for the reseller panel.

As for advertising, cheapest way is dm spamming, it really works. But fb ads are kinda cheap too since the audience is broad.

Only IPTV. I sold other shit the first days but quickly moved to only IPTV.

Its ok, you don't have to read it if you don't want.

I haven't tried in person, IPTV is not 100% legal so it wouldn't be wise to be market it outside or brand it.

Website kinda makes sense because it automatizes the process , since you can just let customers figure out the installation by themselves and charge by credit card.. But im not sure it would work where I live because people is really suspicious of paying online with card.

UPDATE:

I made some more sales and added a new reseller so net profit is $146.5

So overall everything went as I wanted, I already have the money for next month payment and clients that hopefully will renew their subscription.

Next month I will try to spend 4 or 5 times more in ADS. About this journey I think I will keep updating next month and then thread will be over, I guess its enough data for everyone who is interested.

UPDATE After 5 days of the second run:

We are in the middle of day 6 and I started this month more aggresive on Fb ads. My goal for this month is to reach 100 clients, after that this business will have strong enough legs to hold itself, and I could even start thinking on getting an assistant for client landing and closing sales, which is currently the most time consuming part of the job.

I have spent so far in this 5 days:

$111 usd on Fb ads

And I got an immediate ad return of:

$181.5 usd

For immediate what I mean is that I am only considering first time clients for the ad return, so for example if someone from past month renews the account, I wont put that on the ad return stat. This way I can use this stat to know if running ads is something thats being paid by itself, or even better making profits like this case.


My total spending is now at $523, from ads and monthly payment to the owner mostly.

My total income is $676

So Net profit for this business is 153$ usd of pure profit. Im projected to make probably 300 bucks this month.


I have a total of 46 clients now, so I made 20 new clients in this 5 days.

I will try to hit the gas even a bit more next week on fb ads. I don't want to risk not reaching 100 clients or I will have to kill myself.


Everything is going great and smooth, the only challenge im facing is time. I will update again next weekend, hopefully announcing I've got the 100 clients already.

how much do you invest in ads and is it worth it ?

I have spent so far 272$ in ads and made $373 in suscription sales from it, And I have 33 demos I gave to follow up and close.

I guess its worth it. Plus im making clients in the way that will renew monthly hopefully.

UPDATE:

Hi all , today I reached 100 customers.

FB ads investment is very good, and I am getting very positive returns. I am basically doing money just from running ads and selling first time subscriptions, even if the customers don't renew, I'm positive.

This is very good for cashflow of course.

I am deep in profits.. making 445$ usd of net profit on this 20 days.




I achieved this with just a fb page and whatsapp, so I think I have a nice future in this journey, there are still many things to do.

For the future, I want to reach 500 customers in the next 2 months, build a website for better automation and scaling, and start selling in other countries.

I am already setting up shop in another country from my region, bought a payment method there and a whatsapp, and will start executing my plan game there next week.


I am not sure I will update this thread anymore, but I am happy to answer any questions that may help others.

I am from a very different region so I cant help you directly. Try to get more demos and do a more continuous test, make sure you test it on the weekends where people watch more and stability may be worse.

If its possible, try it during a big live sports event if that suits your country.

If you can do 2 o 3 days of test on a single provider, thats enough to get a good perception of how it works. Can you watch a movie on HBO without it freezing many times? Etc etc.. Try to enjoy it as a customer.

Also, dont be cheap, if you found a 12h trial that works decently and want to see how it works for the whole month, why dont you buy a full subscription and check it out?

Hey mate, thank you very much for your kind words.

I don't wan't to share the details of my provider, of course, on such a public place. The bigger and more public ones you can find on a Google search probably.. Also the most expensive.

For smaller ones, you can search more region-based or maybe in a community or forum from where you live. Even social media.

Make some Google searches, click results and read some minutes. Then go to social media you will see advertising of all the small ones. Or you can just go to the fb ads library and find them there.

Yes having a good supplier is important but it shoulnd't be that hard. You should be focusing more on solving payment gateaway and traffic.
