Vietnam is cheap for tourists. You can have a breakfast with only $0,4-0,5, luch with $1, dinner with $1. The expense for hospital is also cheap if you go to the public hospitals. For example, $5 for simple X-ray.

Both. But Saigon is more popular for those who were born before 1975. Nowadays young people usually use the name Ho Chi Minh city.
