I'd prefer a used account as a buyer myself as it has some seasoning but if this is a 30.00 issue because the account is not clean as the driven snow I'm having a hard time seeing an issue past 30.00.

he took account A and given back account B

account A is fresh account without API uses
Account B is used account with APi used

That is case scenario which can harm all bst seller

Account A have value - $300
Account B have value - $180

so 2500 credit = 2500 article
