What do you mean it's not working? Make sure you're using correct passwords. The VPN password is not the same as the proxy password. It's the password you use on the proxy portal which will be located in your email or in the billing dashboard.

Your proxies is a garbage. The are very slow. TCP Fingerprint Spoofing is not working on VPN (always shows Windows FP).
I want a refund!
DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE.
