You should post both sides on how you ordered without telling me the purpose you buying for and then asking for free replacement once I shared login details.

Why aren't you being more transparent with the service you provide instead of us trying to find out what works and what doesn't? I simply needed the 2 step authentication to work and you did not provide any info about it. During the conversation, I asked to test 1 even though I paid for 4. You should have provided the login details of the one for testing purposes instead of rushing to share all.

Very unprofessional attitude and showing no trust to repeat customers. I will never do business with you again.
