Extremely unreliable payment system. Deposited 4 times. 2 out of the 4 just took my funds without topping up my account. Had to go into customer support both times. 1st time the guy fixed the issue. 2nd time, no response whatsoever, and now I'm still waiting for my money to show up in my account

Edit:

2nd issue got resolved after 1 hour. "Sometimes the payment amount is lower than the invoice, and sometimes it is higher, making it difficult to accurately detect payments. We are working on it and hope to resolve the issue soon"
