So I also have people calling me asking if I can get there hacked Facebook account back.

This is usually how it goes:
"I clicked a link in my email, it asked for verification and I did, then I lost access to my account and cant even find it on facebook anymore"

So then I guess they are changing the name?

My question is, is it possible to get it back? or is there a service that provides this?

Yes but dont they need to be able to find the page? I found it on google searches due to cache but when I click on the link it says this page is not available

I had same situation, someone hacked, and account got suspended because of Tos, There is no option to contact FB support, so i gave up and moved on. I'm not creating new FB account, and for you it's good option

It's possible to get it back but it's quite difficult. You should try restoring fb with your email and phone number
