I got my ideas iam gonna start with freelancing, iam gonna use social media and seo but iam not sure how to use social media yet. Not sure where to getbmy first couple clients besides the ones i got from fiverr.

Look around you, I'm sure you'll spot something that needs automating / improving. I usually just start doing some stuff and then find a niche that is lacking a solution to some problem. It seems a cop out but that is what I have always done.
