After the huge clap by google and push by reddit to lock down and ban any parasite posts I want to know if anyone is seeing success a few months later?

I personally see reddit still ranking for some more niche keywords, so in theory it's possible but I want to know if reddit is still flagging and manually taking down posts with suspicious amounts of upvotes or ones that have links in them.

I was a little late to the trend so want to know if the 5 and 10k months or even if a 1k month is still possible

Reddit is still doing good and I work with clients daily on that
so for sure they get good ROI or they would just stop doing that
can't give exact numbers but it all depends on the niche, how you doing it and many other factors .
reditt still strict you have just to know how to do it

Why do you care about up votes ?

I have been using reddit as a buffer site to my money site and blast reddit with gsa links. Even blasting directly to reddit i still use good content and very good links with a premium link list.
reddit works well nowdays for small . medium competition niches.

Yes, it does. We normally used redirects if website got hit by an update.

Well the way I would use reddit is by commenting under reddit posts that rank for search terms and upvoting my comment under the posts to the top. I know there's a few other ways to monetize the traffic like by making your own subreddit but I'm not sure of many.

My adult keywords rank sometimes with reddit.

Making your own subreddit and making it rank in Google is not a viable option because even if you manage to rank your new subreddit in Google, there won't be traffic because people won't be able to view the content of a subreddit that is new or unverified from the browser, Reddit will force the user to sign in to the reddit app to view the new subreddit. Most people won't download the reddit app just to see the content of the subreddit, they will just click on other links in the serp.

This only happens on mobile devices

Yes, Reddit SEO can still work effectively as part of a broader SEO and digital marketing strategy. Reddit, being one of the largest and most active online communities, offers unique opportunities for driving traffic, building backlinks, and engaging with niche audiences. However, success on Reddit requires a thoughtful and strategic approach. Here’s how you can make Reddit SEO work for you:

1. Understand Reddit's Community Rules and Culture

Reddit is divided into subreddits, each with its own rules and culture. It's essential to understand and respect these rules to avoid being banned or downvoted. Spend time observing how each subreddit operates before participating.

2. Contribute Valuable Content

Engagement on Reddit is driven by value. Share content that is informative, entertaining, or useful to the community. Avoid blatant self-promotion; instead, focus on contributing meaningfully to discussions.

I already said what i do. It's been there for a long time.

I would then create posts and include my anchor texts to new subreddit. However, I want to stress the importance of not over-optimizing or Resorting to spamming. Instead, I would use tools like GSA SER to build quality backlinks from articles , blog comments, and forum profiles. This way, my subreddit will eventually index and pass on that valuable backlinking juice to my main website.

Money site << Buffer site as REDDIT (in this case)<<All the Backlinks from well-known platforms (GSA / Ranker X / etc)

Checkout parasite / buffer / Tiered link building
