Stealth accounts?

How is that an answer or how does this solve the problem in any way?
Lets give an example here: If you have a business EU ebay account and lets say try to sell any goods in germany, you have to upload the fitting VAT ID (which will be electronicaly checked with the german federal central office for taxes (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern)) and if not matching to your company name and address you can't sell anything. Putting an "unused" or generated VAT ID in there will trigger AFS. So what is your workaround for that?

What are the specific pros and cons of choosing personal account or business account? Does it even matter? Which one is easier to verify? Also I've heard that the name on the eBay account does not have to match the managed payments account name so you can have a debit card in your real name with an ebay account that stuff is that still true or was someone just talking about the side of the neck? Just would like to hear your input thanks.

As far as I know, the Ebay anti-fraud system treats regular accounts and business accounts the same, except that the sales limits for a business account are much higher
