If you get 1 mobile proxy license (multihop) you are not going to get all 10 sets of credentials at one time. You have the ability to connect to a specific location get the proxy/vpn credentials, use them, then disconnect, and reconnect to another location and get another set of credentials. Remember because these are cellular/mobile IP's you don't need to "keep" the same IP every time you sign into the account, you just need to be in the same general location, using the same browser profile, and carrier to keep it from being flagged.
