The reason I think I should be the recipient of the 16K fan page is because I would like to use it for the benefit of the REACH Foundation that I am an active supporter of.
The REACH Foundation, dedicated to educating as many people as possible on the benefits of creating a healthy way to eat and enjoy food. It is the best way to heal your cells from the inside out in a proper and natural manner.
There is truly only one disease on this planet. Cell damage. It is the root cause of all ailments and disease, from the common flu to cancer, and everything in between including this countries increasing plague of obesity and diabetes, especially in children. All of the root causes to these health issues stem from alterations or direct damage in cellular structure. In this fast paced society we break down our cells nearly every second of the day. Lack of sleep, poor shallow breathing, and physical and mental stress are huge factors, however, the number one cause of cell damage in adults and children is a direct result of THE WAY THAT WE EAT!
Proper, healthy, cell nourishing nutrition will not only allow children and adults of all demographics to feel more energized and "alive" but it will significantly reduce trips to the doctor, sugar related tantrums, acute irritability, and that overall feeling of being tired, and run down all the time. Proper nutrition has also been proven time after time to reduce or eliminate the risk of much more serious diseases that many of us fear the most.
The Foundation has been active with Women's Health Seminars and demonstrations already and has also shifted to include a larger demographic, more specifically, the education of parents and children.
We all know that parents have the very best intentions in getting their children the healthiest food possible while maintaining some semblance of convenience during their busy lives, but many times parents are simply not aware of what lurks in the so-called "healthy" advertised foods they feed their children. Children will more than likely just ask for what they see on a commercial, or whatever tastes good to them. This leaves parents in a constant battle with an overwhelming sense of obligation to please their kids, but in reality giving in is more harm than help. This is a dilemma that many people find themselves playing out time and time again.
That is the very gap that The REACH Foundation strives to fill through educational seminars, publications, and events. To educate and inform all people that you can make very small changes that do not inconvenience you, or cost any more money than you already spend, when it comes to food that can make EXPONENTIAL differences to your overall health!
I hope I am selected for the fan page giveaway as it will be an integral step to getting the word out for better health.
