I received my reports for the 100 links and the .edu links. Both reports are very easy to read and blackmind has provided exactly what was asked for.

The only issue I have is that a lot of the .edu link that have been created are not publicly visible and need to be logged in to see them.

Other than that the service was great. Delivered in a timely manner and was kept informed all the way through.
