Beware of MagicSMM: Deceptive Practices and Poor Support

I recently decided to enlist the services of MagicSMM in the hope of enhancing my project's visibility on Discord. Regrettably, my encounter with MagicSMM has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, prompting me to share my concerns.

In an effort to bolster my project's presence, I invested $25 in MagicSMM's Discord bot marketing service, specifically opting for the mass DM service. Despite MagicSMM indicating that the order was completed, I observed no tangible results. To validate the efficacy of their service, I personally joined all the Discord servers I was targeting, using multiple accounts, only to find that no messages had been sent to any of the members. This deceptive practice is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of MagicSMM as a service provider.

To exacerbate matters, my attempts to seek assistance through various channels, including WhatsApp, Skype, and email, have been met with resounding silence. Despite providing my OrderID, there has been no response even after 24 hours. This lack of responsiveness raises significant doubts about the reliability and professionalism of MagicSMM.

Regrettably, this experience will unquestionably mark my first and final interaction with MagicSMM. I feel compelled to caution others about the potentially untrustworthy practices of this agency and strongly advise careful consideration before engaging with them.
