I have used billing accounts in the past but the account provider I have been working with has disappeared so I am looking for a new one and I have noticed that a lot of people don't understand what a billing account is so are people not using this type of account? Or do people call them something else?

What you mean is to use an account with a threshold hight and not paid ?

Because now the threshold has risen more slowly than before

Perhaps you are not using the correct technical terminology, so agents may not understand what you mean
So what do you call this type of account: one that has been advertised, billed or has a card, and whose daily spending has exceeded a low limit.

That's the threshold amount that Facebook left us and we won't pay, right?

Is it an account with a high payout threshold?
This is the final effect of this account, but the main purpose is not to have a higher payment threshold, but to make money for the last advertisement fee

What you mean is that the account has a high threshold and when the threshold is exceeded you will not pay
