The european accounts have zero views, folse.
What I have not tried, out of 250 accounts randomly there are views only on 2-5 accounts.
On US accounts there are views without problems

1. Published to existing 24h account - got 900 views (mobile ip)
2. Created new 0h account - got 0 views (home ip)
3. Logged in to 48h account - got 0 views (home ip)
