I just created the channel made sure that I took enough time to create a short video that I would watch myself, made my wife watch it and tells me what she think of it, when I got the confirmation I just uploaded it and let YouTube do it's thing. I do 0 work , 0 promotion after posting the video. I only focus on making the video high quality and engaging .

Website for what exactly ? if you mean offers and stuff like that no I m not planning to send them anywhere else, my main goal is AdSence money on autopilot. I have a long term business that I've been working on it for few years now it is not bringing too much because still in the dev phase so I can't live of that in a 1 tier country that's why I m still on a 9-5 job so my ultimate goal is to create an average income on autopilot I m not looking for something crazy for me 2000$/ month will be a good start, I'll move to southeast Asia and focus on my main business while living a good life.

Thank you ! I was spending like 4 hours / day per short , I wanted them to be perfect , but I noticed that somehow some videos with relatively worst quality got more view that some good ones, so since two days ago I m spending less like 2h or 1h
1 - hot niche you can use google trends, but the views are going temporary, so it is not for a long term channel, pick a niche with a high traffic volume and make quality videos and you will succeed
