adsense payee account

Hi everyone,
is it possible for the payee to be different than the account owner in adsense ?
and is it possible for the payee to be from a different country ? for example having a UK adsense account but the payee and the bank account from the US

Personally, I think it's not possible to recieve payment from a different country, except it's in the EU

alright , I found the anwser, basically, you can have a different payee name , but it should be from the same country
