If you post the same exact video, you won't get views, because it's duplicate content. You need to edit in some way. The more edits, the better. Once you see these "new" videos hit the FYP, then your edits are fine.

will be lower than the original poster

You can repost it, but I would advise against deleting videos regularly. TikTok doesn't like that.

To speed up the video, as well as to slow it down, can I use an editing tool, such as CapCut? I tried replacing the sound, using the audio offered by the TikTok library. However, this did not prevent the platform from limiting the visibility of my content. Basically, the social network told me verbatim: "The video is not suitable to be shown on the 'For You' page".

So this is what I do if the video doesn't get any views:
1. I set the video to private
2. Wait a few hours or even a day
3. Post the video again but with a different description and different hashtags

You should not re-upload videos with old content, as this may be considered by TikTok as re-uploading content, you will also not receive views from these videos. If you re-upload old videos many times, it is possible that your channel you will be locked
