Just to let people know.
I contacted support at Cenchu today with queries, at 6.30pm GMT.
Got a reply within 15 minutes and all further replies (About 6 of them) were all replied to within ten mins. So 10/10 for support.
Although they did say
''Please keep in mind that the Support Queue is almost nill right now due to Navratri in India. Once all our clients return online, there will be a queue, but we will try to resolve your queries as quickly as possible. Why am I saying this? To maintain expectations.''
But I am sure it will still be fairly quick
I would like a discount code please

You got any cloudlinux limits on cloud hosting or it's scalable based on website requirement? RAM type used on Same??
